Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@catalystgoods.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
